Standard Cancellation Terms:
100% Refund for cancellations made 5 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

100% Refund for cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

No Refund for cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time or for no-shows.
